Z. Philip Wiseman, B.A., J.D.
Born in Vancouver, Philip graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1976. Three years later, he graduated from California's Whittier Law School, and was called to the California bar in 1980, after which he practiced law in the United States. He was called to the B.C. bar in 1982, after returning home. Since 1984, he has been practicing personal injury law in Vancouver, B.C. Over the years, Philip has handled ICBC personal injury cases ranging from whiplash to wrongful death. Philip has been a member of the Trial Lawyers Association since 1984. He has been married for thirty-six years and has three children.

Elliot S. Holden, B.A., LL.B.
Born in Calgary and raised in Vancouver, Elliot graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 2007. Four years later, he received his Law degree from the University of Calgary. After articling with a premiere insurance law firm in Vancouver, Elliot has practiced exclusively in the area of personal injury law since his call to the bar in 2012. Elliot has successfully appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, cycling and playing hockey.

Stuart Davies, B.A., Case Manager
Born in England and raised in Canada, Stu graduated from UBC with a BA in 1988. He worked as a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster for ICBC for fifteen years before joining Z. Philip Wiseman Law Corporation in November 2003 as Case Manager. His extensive experience working with ICBC gives Stu a unique and valuable understanding of the ICBC claims process. Stu has been married for fifteen years.
